I am committed to providing a safe, caring relationship through the therapeutic alliance.
The goal and purpose of therapy is to effect beneficial change that is lasting for the client.
Through disclosure of present struggles and exploring past experiences, relationships, and responses,
the therapy process takes some time and often results in emotions that are painful to experience.
Yet, through the supportive journey of therapy, clients live
happier,
healthier and more
productive lives
as a result.
